Return & Refund Policy

At Miranth Printing Ltd, we want you to be delighted with your order. As many of our products are personalised and made especially for you, our returns policy is slightly different from standard retail products.

Personalised Products

As all personalised products are custom-made to your specifications, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

The item is faulty.
The item is damaged during delivery.
We have made an error with the personalisation.
You received the wrong item.

Please check your order carefully before confirming your purchase, as we print exactly what is submitted.

Non-Personalised Products

If you purchase a non-personalised item, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

Unused and unworn.
In their original packaging.
In a resalable condition.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery by emailing:

Please include:

Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photographs showing the problem.

We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
