As all personalised items are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item
We'll work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Personalised Items
Unused, non-personalised products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
